Let me be honest, it would be easy to have ChatGPT write some lame sounding bio. I'm not going to do that.
I'm a San Diego-based singer-songwriter with a lifetime of service as an Air Force Pararescueman, Police Officer (hated it), and now a psychiatric physician assistant. My music seeks to create connection across the full spectrum of human emotion. I want people to dance, laugh, have fun, and connect with the music and each other.
My band, The Tan Lines, are now booking for our 2027 tour, "The SPF Tour" at venues all across southern California.
After decades of playing cover music, I challenged myself to write and record one new song every week for an entire year. The experience transformed me from a cover artist into a full fledged singer songwriter, and there is no going back. I'm tired of us all recycling the same songs, same movies, making more sequels, reboots, prequels, remakes... Let's celebrate something NEW!
My music blends heartfelt emotion with a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs that define our lives. My debut EP, Pilot, showcases a songs inspired by real-life experiences, and is an honest and relatable journey through mental health, relationships, grief, and self-discovery.
Heavily influenced by artists like Jason Mraz, my music invites you to dance, heal, laugh, and connect. I guarantee you will leave the show thinking, "man...that was fun."
